Dandelion: detoxes the liver. It also stimulates the digestive juices thereby easing constipation and relieves bloating due to flatulence. It is available in a capsule form to be taken twice daily.

Garlic: is a wonder herb. Eating three seeds of raw garlic, chewed properly and then swallowed cleans the blood of toxins thereby clearing up acne. Rubbing the juice of garlic several times a day helps clear the skin of spots and pimples.
